Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general apartment repair, sheetrock and spackling, basic electrical, basic plumbing, have the ability to lift 75+ when needed, and general labor tasks. Experience with HVAC systems is plus. Prefer to hire a skilled tech with HVAC certification.

Duties:

- You will be reporting to the maintenance manger who will assign your daily duties which include but is not limited to apartment turns, work orders, and grounds.
