Residential Roofing Foreman - Shingle & Metal Mid-America Roofing, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable Roofing Foreman to join our team in North Alabama! We are looking for someone who can confidently lead roofing crews, keep jobs moving efficiently, and ensure every project meets our quality standards from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and lead residential roofing crews on job sites Oversee installation of asphalt shingle and metal roofing systems Ensure crews are working safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Inspect completed work to ensure quality and workmanship meet expectations Verify material deliveries and make sure the correct materials are available on-site Communicate with the office regarding job progress, materials, and any issues that arise Help troubleshoot job-site issues and address problems as they come up Keep projects on schedule and ensure crews stay productive Make sure job sites are properly cleaned and all debris is removed upon completion Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers and homeowners Take ownership of the job site and ensure projects are completed correctly from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

Previous roofing experience required Experience with shingle and/or metal roofing Previous experience leading or supervising roofing crews preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Ability to identify quality issues and ensure corrections are made Organized and able to manage multiple job sites and priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a major plus!
