Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced EIFS Foreman/Plasterer to lead our exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) projects on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EIFS and plastering, with proven crew management abilities. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The EIFS Foreman/Plasterer will be responsible for tracking labor and equipment usage, managing site activities, and coordinating with project teams to meet deadlines and standards. Duties Lead and supervise a crew of plasterers, EIFS installers, and laborers on commercial construction sites. Oversee the installation of EIFS and related plastering work including; insulation, base coats, mesh, and finish coats. Ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Manage daily site operations, including planning work schedules and allocating resources efficiently . Track labor hours, materials, and equipment usage to maintain accurate records for project management. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment for all crew members. Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other trades to facilitate smooth workflow. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations. Troubleshoot on-site issues promptly to minimize delays or rework. Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members regularly to maintain a strong efficient team. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in EIFS installation and plastering on commercial construction projects. Proven experience in construction site management and crew supervision. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices. OHSA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license required and dependable transportation. Willingness to between job sites. Experience tracking labor hours and equipment usage accurately. Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
