East Bay (Alameda / Berkeley / Oakland / Albany / San Leandro) Full-Time | $25+/hr DOE + Bonuses | W2 | Paid Every 2 Weeks Join a Company That Cares About Quality Rendered Stone Landscapes is looking to add up to two experienced landscape construction team members to our growing company. We're open to hiring: A skilled landscape installer with solid construction experience who wants to continue developing their skills. Someone with the experience, confidence, and leadership ability to grow into (or immediately step into) an Assistant Foreman role. This is not an entry-level position. You should already have hands-on experience in landscape construction and be comfortable working on residential projects with minimal supervision. What You'll Be Doing Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include: Installing pavers, natural stone, gravel, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Installing and repairing irrigation systems Planting and grading Site preparation and layout Reading plans and executing work accurately Operating common landscape construction equipment and tools Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Helping mentor newer crew members (for experienced candidates) Assisting the Foreman with project organization and crew coordination (Assistant Foreman candidates) We're Looking For Someone With Previous experience in landscape construction (hardscape/ irrigation required; similar construction trades appreciated) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently after receiving direction Good problem-solving skills in the field Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional attitude and respectful communication Pride in producing clean, quality work Bonus Qualifications Extensive hardscape experience Strong irrigation troubleshooting and installation skills Experience reading landscape plans Equipment operation experience Crew leadership or Assistant Foreman experience About Our Team We're a boutique design-build landscape company specializing in high-end residential landscapes throughout the East Bay.
