Residential Construction Site Supervisor

Residential Construction Site Supervisor & Handyman — Full-Time We're hiring an experienced, hands-on Construction Site Supervisor and Handyman for full-time residential work. You'll oversee active job sites while staying hands-on across all major trades. What You'll Do Supervise subcontractors and laborers on residential construction and renovation projects Perform and oversee work across foundation, structural framing/lumber, rough and finish plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs Ensure quality, safety, and on-schedule delivery across all phases Read blueprints and follow construction plans Communicate daily progress to ownership; track materials and manage site organization Represent company during city inspections and special inspections Troubleshoot and resolve site issues before they cause delays What We're Looking For 5+ years in residential construction, renovation, or general contracting Solid working knowledge across multiple trades — foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, finish work Able to both lead a crew and pick up tools when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; relevant trade licenses a plus Strong communicator — punctual, organized, accountable Details Full-time | Monday-Friday, some Saturdays as needed

Compensation:

Competitive, based on experience (You will be provided with vehicle/truck to be used for company work)

Various (San Jose, Redwood City, Belmont, CA, Saratoga)

Pay:

$38.17 - $45.97 per hour
