Civil Foreman Pay:

C Position Overview If you're an experienced Civil Foreman who knows how to drive production and lead from the front, MC Electric offers more than just another job site. You'll take ownership of ground-up civil work tied directly into electrical and telecom infrastructure, not just dirt work. This is a hands-on leadership role where you're responsible for execution, crew performance, and keeping jobs moving. We run lean, high-performance crews, not corporate environments where everything is over-layered and slow. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations while working alongside the crew to ensure productivity, quality, and efficient execution
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize work to meet project schedules and maintain workflow with project management and other trades
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
• Perform and oversee civil construction tasks including excavation, trenching, grading, formwork, rebar, embeds, and concrete work
• Direct crew performance, conduct daily safety briefings, enforce OSHA standards, and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively while maintaining accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and job documentation

) Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Clean driving record; ability to pass background check and drug test Reliable transportation to various job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions Preferred (Not Required): Class A is a plus!
