The ideal candidate will have extensive roofing experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Hands-On Leadership:

Work alongside the roofing crew to complete daily tasks, including tear-offs, installations, and repairs.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and direct roofing crews, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and professionally.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect roofing work for quality and compliance with company standards and project specifications.

Safety Oversight:

Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure all team members adhere to OSHA standards and company policies.

Scheduling:

Plan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Problem-Solving:

Address on-site issues and resolve problems as they arise to keep projects on track.

Material Handling:

Ensure all necessary materials are available on-site and coordinate pickups or deliveries when needed.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of hours worked, materials used, and job progress for each project.

Qualification:

Proven experience as a roofer foreman or in a similar leadership role within the roofing industry. Extensive knowledge of residential roofing systems, including tear-offs, installations, and repairs . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a great plus but not required. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
