We're hiring an experienced foreman and helper to run jobs on their own from week one. If you need someone to show you how to tape a window, this isn't the job. Foreman:

runs the site, sends daily written progress reports with photos, tracks material purchases, keeps the job on schedule and on budget, and communicates with the

Project Manager Helper:

works alongside the foreman at a pace that doesn't need supervision

Requirements:

Foreman 5+ years painting professionally, with 2+ years leading jobs as foreman or lead Has personally run a residential or commercial job from prep to final walkthrough Confident with airless spray equipment Can provide 3 professional references Helper 2+ years painting professionally Can prep, cut in, and roll without being watched Both Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle to reach East Bay job sites Able to stand for long periods, lift 30 to 50 lbs, and work on ladders Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Qualified crews will be invited to a phone call, and then an in person interview in our office.
