We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Construction Foreman to join our growing team in Dublin, CA. Pay ranges from $36-$40 per hour based on experience and includes full benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, plus a company truck, gas card, cell phone, and laptop.
Your Mission:
Install and remove underground storage tanks (USTs) Lead construction crews on major projects and smaller repair jobs Install piping, sumps, spill containment, monitoring systems, and other petroleum equipment. Read and follow site plans and blueprints Maintain OSHA and EPA compliance on active job sites Complete site walks and provide insights on construction projects. Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing structures and tools. Operate hand tools and construction equipment. Load, unload, and transport construction materials. Maintain a safe and organized work environment through daily site clean-up. Support skilled tradespeople and follow safety procedures on the job site. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Complete required documentation using laptops and mobile devices. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Additional possible responsibilities (will train): Support environmental team by collecting soil samples and conduct on site sample testing Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements. Conduct testing, maintenance, and repair of petroleum fuel lines and tanks. What You Bring to the
Table:
Active ICC-U1 Certification (UST Installer/Remover License a plus). 2+ years petroleum or UST construction experience 40-Hour
OSHA HAZWOPER
(preferred) Ability to travel regionally as needed

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following: Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting. Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. This position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.
