Job Description
Foreman:
- Supervise and lead roofing crews on-site
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and efficient
- Communicate with clients and Superintendents
- Track project progress and ensure quality control
Roofers:
- Tear off and install roofing systems (shingles, tile, single ply)
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Assist in material handling and site prep/cleanup
- Work efficiently on residential and commercial roofs
