Electrical Foreman / Field SupervisorHigh-End Residential & Multi-Family Construction We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman / Field Supervisor to join our team and oversee electrical crews working on high-end residential homes and multi-family properties throughout the Bay Area. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who has progressed into a leadership role and takes immense pride in quality, organization, and attention to detail . We need someone who can lead from the field, identify problems before they become issues, and hold themselves and their crew to a high standard. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews of approximately 3-5+ electricians Oversee daily field operations and ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and efficiently Review plans, layouts, and electrical scope to ensure work is installed according to specifications Perform quality-control inspections throughout all phases of construction Identify potential issues, conflicts, and deficiencies before they become costly problems Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, other trades, and customers when necessary Ensure crews maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Track project progress and communicate field conditions and material needs to management Provide direction, training, and accountability to electricians and apprentices Travel between project locations as needed to oversee crews and projects Qualifications 10+ years of electrical experience Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar supervisory role Experience managing crews of 3-5+ people Strong knowledge of residential electrical construction and electrical code High-end residential and/or multi-family experience strongly preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to read and understand electrical plans and drawings Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel between job sites throughout the Bay Area Company Vehicle and Gas Card provided.
