Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee Industrial and electrical construction project in Lancaster. This role is vital in ensuring that electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with all safety and construction regulations. Commercial Experience Requirements:
Industrial electrical installation and troubleshooting MCCs, switchgear, panelboards, transformers, and distribution systems Installation of underground conduits and duct banks Rigid PVC, PVC-coated/RMC, RAC, and other applicable raceway systems Electrical manholes, pull boxes, handholes, and vaults Conduit banks with multiple conduits Underground grounding and bonding Concrete encasement and duct-bank installation Conduit layout, elevations, slopes, and routing Pulling and terminating large conductors Understanding of minimum cover, separation, bend radius, and pulling requirements Coordination with excavation, shoring, trenching, backfill, and concrete crews Underground conduit mandrel/rope testing and continuity verification Strong understanding of federal construction safety regulations including OSHA standards; experience managing construction site safety programs. Must have current Journeyman's license per public works requirments
Leadership Requirments:
Supervise Journeymen, Apprentices, and laborers Plan daily manpower and work activities Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, one-lines, schedules, and details Coordinate RFIs and field changes with the Superintendent/PM Track material, equipment, and manpower Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings as needed Coordinate inspections and testing Conduct daily/weekly safety meetings/JHAs Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety requirements Communicate effectively with the GC, owner, inspectors, engineers, and other subcontractors

$50.00 - $62.00 per hour
