This role involves managing framing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work that aligns with project specifications. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, time management skills, extensive construction site experience, and a good understanding of framing techniques and blueprints. Duties Lead and supervise framing crews in a hands on manner. Read and interpret blueprints. Wear bags and actively participate in the framing process Qualifications Strong knowledge of blueprint reading 10 years minimum of experience working in construction Bilingual Spanish+English highly preferred
