The client is seeking a hands-on Structural Repair Foreman with experience in structural repair or foundation construction who can drive safe, high-quality field execution. Proven experience leading field crews in structural repair or foundation construction Strong proficiency reading and interpreting structural engineering plans and details Experience with concrete formwork, rebar work, demolition, and general carpentry Reliable truck with lumber rack and a full set of tools Ability to work comfortably in confined spaces, tight crawlspaces, and outdoor weather Valid driver's licensePreferred:
