Foreman must be experienced using an air compressor. Experience trenching, using Clay spade, Air tamper, Missile bore. Project manage jobs from start to finish. Bilinguel in spanish Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety incidents, equipment usage (including ohmmeters), and material inventories. Skilled in reading asbuilt. Familiarity with budgeting processes and managing costs within project scope. Ability to interpret technical specifications related to telecom utility installation including conduit placement and cable pulling techniques. Knowledge of construction safety management practices including OSHA compliance; experience supervising safety protocols on-site. Strong communication skills for managerial roles; ability to coordinate across multiple teams while maintaining clear documentation.
