Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Foreman to lead and manage electrical projects on-site. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee electrical crews, ensure project milestones are met, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and construction management software. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations Manage and direct electrical crews, assigning tasks effectively to maximize productivity and maintain quality standards Review construction drawings and technical specifications to interpret project requirements accurately Oversee project scheduling using tools such as Primavera P6 and Construction management software to meet deadlines Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on site Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress Monitor budget adherence, manage procurement of materials, and oversee quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle Skills Extensive construction site experience with a focus on commercial electrical projects Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction drawing review Skilled in project scheduling, construction safety management, and managing teams within a construction management role Ability to supervise crews effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards Experience in managing contracts, budgeting, and construction project management processes Excellent managerial communication skills for team leadership and client interactions Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters for quality assurance Join us to lead impactful projects that shape the future of commercial electrical infrastructure! $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
