We specialize in residential service work, whole-home rewires, knob & tube replacement, main panel upgrades, service upgrades, ADUs, new construction, EV charger installations, solar-related electrical work, and residential troubleshooting and diagnostics. Responsibilities Residential electrical installations and repairs Whole-home rewires Knob & tube replacement Main panel upgrades and service upgrades Residential remodel projects ADU electrical installations New construction residential wiring EV charger installations Solar-related electrical work Residential troubleshooting and diagnostics Reading plans and electrical diagrams Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite Communicating professionally with homeowners, coworkers, inspectors, and management Accurately complete assigned work while meeting company quality and safety standards Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers Follow company procedures, jobsite safety requirements, and applicable electrical codes Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as assigned Requirements Required Minimum 1 year of hands-on residential electrical experience Experience working in occupied residential homes Valid California Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record, as driving between customer job sites is an essential function of this position Reliable transportation Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely use common electrical hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders, and outdoors Professional communication and customer service skills Authorization to work in the United States Preferred (Not Required) Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: Residential remodels Whole-home rewires Knob & tube replacement Main panel upgrades Service upgrades ADU electrical installations New construction residential wiring EV charger installations Residential troubleshooting and diagnostics Solar-related electrical work Important Information This position is for residential electrical work only. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of residential electrical experience. Commercial-only experience does not satisfy the minimum qualifications for this position. Work is performed throughout the greater Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, San Leandro, Hayward, Fremont, Richmond, Concord, Walnut Creek, San Mateo, Daly City, South San Francisco, and surrounding communities. Applicants must reside within the Bay Area or within a reasonable commuting distance of our service territory and be able to reliably report to job sites throughout the region. This position requires regular travel between customer job sites throughout the Bay Area and may require work in occupied homes, attics, crawlspaces, outdoor environments, and other conditions commonly encountered in residential electrical construction and service work.
