//maps.app.goo.gl/4FaGKef9ZLgfUbGz9 [What You'll Do] Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other sushi menu items Cut and prepare fish and other sushi ingredients Prepare sauces, garnishes, and daily sushi bar prep Maintain consistent portions, quality, and presentation Keep the sushi station clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Monitor ingredient freshness and product quality Assist with opening, closing, and inventory as needed Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff [What We're Looking For] Previous professional sushi restaurant experience required Strong sushi roll-making and knife skills Fish cutting and sashimi/nigiri experience preferred Able to work independently and efficiently during busy service Reliable and punctual Strong teamwork and communication skill[s [Compensation] Based on experience
