Job Overview We are hiring a Project Lead to take ownership of residential jobs in the field. This role is responsible for executing work, leading projects, coordinating with on-site subcontractors, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard . This is a leadership role , not just a labor position. You will be trusted to run projects with minimal oversight while maintaining strong communication with the owner and clients. Project Execution A) Lead small to mid-sized residential projects from start to finish B) Perform and oversee skilled work across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, etc.) C) Ensure all work meets scope, quality standards, and client expectations 2. Jobsite Leadership A) Direct helper(s) or small crews as needed B) Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow C) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite 3. Communication A) Communicate clearly with the owner and clients B) Identify issues early and propose solutions C) Document progress using photos and project software 4. Planning & Efficiency A) Read scopes and understand project flow B) Plan ahead for materials, tools, and sequencing C) Minimize downtime, rework, and callbacks Qualifications 1. Experience A) 3-5+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred B) Proven ability to run jobs or lead projects independently C) Strong multi-trade skillset (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, painting) 2. Work Standards A) High attention to detail and pride in workmanship B) Clean, professional appearance and demeanor C) Strong work ethic and reliability 3.
