Our services include underground utility work, vacuum excavation, asphalt/concrete restoration, and traffic control services. Arrow Construction is an Underground Utility Contractor specializing in wet and dry utilities, directional drilling, potholing, patch paving, and concrete restoration work throughout Northern California. We are looking for an experienced Underground Civil Construction Foreman with electrical and gas experience. They would be responsible for leading field crews in the installation of underground utility systems, including electrical conduit, gas mains, and related civil infrastructure. This position oversees daily jobsite operations, ensures compliance with safety regulations, reads and interprets utility plans, coordinates equipment and materials, and maintains project schedules. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive underground utility construction experience, and the ability to safely manage crews in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Description:

All Qualified candidates must be able to manage their crew to work productively and enforce all safety regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate records (Timekeeping, PO receipts). Communicate with management, customers, and vendors. Understands and follows verbal and written instructions. Problem solver and strong organizational skills. Ability to read plans & specs and works well under pressure. Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to established procedure.

Job Details:
