This role is responsible for coordinating daily job site activities, reading blueprints, installing and troubleshooting fire life safety systems, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with code and project specifications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with commercial fire alarm systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to mentor technicians while serving as the primary field contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. 8+ years of commercial low voltage installation experience. 4+ years of experience leading field teams or supervising technicians. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in commercial construction environments. Ability to work indoors and outdoors and perform the physical demands of field installation. Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as project needs require.
