Duties Supervise roofing crews on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align project objectives and timelines Review construction drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution of roofing work Manage daily safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations Monitor quality control by inspecting work for compliance with design standards and safety requirements Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Prolog to track progress and update schedules Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of materials to optimize project efficiency Conduct site safety meetings and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide crew activities and resolve on-site issues promptly Manage team performance through effective communication, training, and supervision of crew members Requirements Proven experience supervising roofing or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, or similar tools Skilled in blueprint reading, technical drawing review, and interpreting construction schedules for project coordination Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively within a fast-paced construction environment Strong understanding of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations Experience managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes within a construction setting Excellent managerial communication skills for supervising crews and coordinating with stakeholders Construction site experience with a focus on roofing systems or commercial buildings preferred Knowledge of construction regulations related to safety, quality control, and project compliance Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary Join our team as a Roofing Foreman where your leadership will shape successful projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
