Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Foreman to lead electrical construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management and electrical systems will drive project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project timelines and quality standards Manage daily site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, project tracking and documentation Conduct site inspections using tools like ohmmeters to verify electrical systems meet code requirements Join us to lead impactful projects that power communities! $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
