We are offering relocation assistance for qualified candidates to move to the Boise, Idaho area. A good candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator with at least 3 of those operating a mainline hoe, and at least 1 year of experience as a pipe foreman. Experience on a pipe crew is required, grading experience is a plus. Experience handling and setting trench boxes 8'-20' deep required. Must have experience with all wet utilities (sewer, water, storm drain, PI, GI). Note that this is an operating foreman position, our pipe foreman run the mainline hoe.

Job duties:

Responsible for the crew's safety Read and interpret plans Lead/assign tasks to a crew of 2-4 operators and laborers Perform the work according to company procedure Communicate with the company superintendent, the customer, and the crew Operate GPS equipment Pay and benefits: $38+ /hr depending on experience Company pickup/fuel card Company paid health insurance Paid holidays, paid time off Retirement/IRA, 3% company match
