We specialize in custom pool construction, pool remodels, equipment installation and repair, automation systems, and weekly pool maintenance. We are committed to quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Pool Construction & Remodel Foreman to lead our construction crews and oversee the day-to-day operations of pool construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities Supervise and lead pool construction and remodel crews. Plan daily jobsite activities and keep projects on schedule. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, office staff, subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable building codes. Train, mentor, and develop crew members. Maintain a safe, clean, and productive jobsite. Inspect completed work to ensure quality before advancing to the next phase. Track labor, materials, equipment, and daily job progress. Ensure crews have the tools and materials needed each day. Operate construction equipment and power tools safely. Communicate job progress, scheduling needs, and project issues with management. Provide excellent customer service while representing Pro Pools professionally. Required Qualifications
MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
This position requires daily communication with both English & Spanish Speakers. Applicants who are not fluent in both languages will not be considered. Minimum 5 years of swimming pool construction and/or pool remodeling experience. Previous experience leading construction crews. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must be legally authorized to operate company vehicles. Strong knowledge of excavation, steel, plumbing, shotcrete, equipment installation, masonry, concrete, and pool finishing. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented. We're Looking For Someone Who Leads by example and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Holds crew members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment. Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Can communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and employees in English and Spanish . Solves problems quickly and keeps projects moving efficiently.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
