Job Description

Job Summary:
As the Construction Foreman•Landscaping, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site landscape construction projects from start to finish. You will supervise a crew, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise landscape construction projects including hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, patios), softscaping (planting, turf), grading, drainage, and more Knowledge of Irrigation and Lighting Snow Removal Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints Coordinate daily tasks with team members, subcontractors, and management Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized Manage materials, equipment, and inventory on site Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism Train and mentor crew members to enhance team skills and efficiency Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in landscape construction with at least 1 year in a foreman or supervisory role Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape installation Ability to read site plans and construction drawings Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Ability to operate machinery (excavators, skid steers, etc.) safely and efficiently Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Work Environment:
Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions Physically demanding role: requires standing, bending, digging, lifting, and use of small equipment Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak seasons or emergencies
Benefits:
Competitive pay based on experience (Starting hourly rate: $27•$30/hour) Opportunity for advancement to salaried position ($65,000•$70,000) 2 weeks PTO accrued. Dental and vision insurance
