In this vital role, you will coordinate plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage resources, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications. Duties Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools required for plumbing tasks Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure durability and adherence to specifications Manage inventory of materials and tools necessary for daily operations while minimizing waste Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing, including pipe installation, repair, and maintenance Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Ability to read blueprints, schematics, HVAC plans, and mechanical drawings with precision Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and schematics interpretation Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and general building maintenance Experience with remodeling projects, carpentry skills, heavy lifting techniques, and handyman tasks Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations related to plumbing layouts Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Join us as a Plumbing Foreman to lead impactful projects that shape the infrastructure of our communities!
