Summary Runs crews or projects of 5,000 to 8,000 man hours per month. Works with Project Manager to provide technical leadership and coordination. Oversees scheduling, safety, layout, productivity, communication, materials, tools, quality control, and close-out. Duties and Responsibilities Review and implement contract documents including plans, specifications, schedules, and estimates. Implement Project Strategy documents. Review P-3 schedule logic, activities, and durations; update Project Coordinator. Ensure work is within contract scope and properly staffed. Coordinate installation plans, personnel, and daily activities. Maintain strong team morale and enforce accountability. Hire, discipline, and replace field employees with PM approval. Monitor labor reports weekly and implement corrective actions. Conduct weekly safety meetings and maintain compliance documentation. Responsible For Field testing per company policy and specifications. Layout coordination with other trades. Resolving field issues. Reviewing foreman paperwork before PM submission. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct supervision of supervisors. Indirect responsibility for up to 50 employees across projects. Qualifications Strong leadership skills. Ability to supervise and develop teams. Adaptability to project scope. Knowledge of NEC and electrical systems. Proven electrical installation expertise. Education and Experience 8-10 years electrical commercial/industrial construction experience. 5+ years supervisory experience; 1+ year as Supervisor III. Completed multiple projects from start to finish. Completion of leadership training programs. Knowledge of superintendent duties and productivity management.
