ClearRock Water Co. Castle Rock, CO Independent Contractor / 1099 Part-time / Contract — opportunity to grow with volume About ClearRock Water Co. ClearRock Water Co. is a locally owned residential water-treatment company serving Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and surrounding communities. We specialize in premium whole-home water softening, filtration, and reverse-osmosis drinking-water systems. We're looking for an experienced, professional licensed plumber or plumbing contractor to become a trusted installation partner as we grow. We provide the customers and water-treatment equipment. You provide professional installation. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent plumber or smaller plumbing company looking to add consistent, profitable installation work without having to generate the customer. What You'll Do Install residential water softeners and whole-home water-treatment systems Install under-sink reverse-osmosis drinking-water systems Connect equipment to existing residential plumbing Install drains, bypasses, shutoffs and related plumbing components as required Perform startup and verify proper system operation Maintain a clean, professional installation area Protect customer flooring, walls and property during installation Explain basic system operation to the homeowner when needed Handle applicable plumbing permits and inspections Address verified installation/workmanship callbacks when necessary Represent ClearRock professionally while working in customers' homes What ClearRock Provides ClearRock handles the sales and customer acquisition.

Requirements Candidates should have:
Current Colorado plumbing license appropriate for the work performed Ability to meet local contractor registration and permitting requirements General liability insurance Workers' compensation coverage or appropriate exemption/rejection documentation where applicable Reliable work vehicle Professional plumbing tools Experience working in residential homes Strong understanding of plumbing codes and best practices Ability to install water softeners, filtration equipment and RO systems Professional appearance and customer-service skills Ability to provide a W-9 and operate as an independent contractor/business Reliable communication and scheduling Water-treatment installation experience is strongly preferred , but experienced residential plumbers comfortable installing this equipment are encouraged to apply. Compensation Paid per completed installation. Compensation will depend on installation type and complexity.
Typical installations may include:
Water softener / conditioner Water softener + reverse osmosis Whole-home filtration + reverse osmosis Combination water-treatment systems RO-only installations Equipment replacements Target contractor compensation: approximately $450-$850+ per installation depending on scope and complexity. Non-standard plumbing modifications or unusually difficult installations will be quoted separately before work begins. This is not hourly employment. The goal is to establish predictable installation pricing that works well for both ClearRock and our installation partner. Installation Volume Initial volume will vary as ClearRock launches and builds its customer base. We're specifically looking for someone interested in developing a long-term relationship where installation volume can increase significantly as the company grows. This could be a strong fit for: An independent licensed plumber Owner/operator plumbing company Small plumbing company with available installation capacity Experienced plumber looking for additional scheduled work What We're Looking For Technical ability matters, but customer experience matters just as much.

Pay:
$100.00 - $175.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week Application Question(s): What type of Colorado plumbing license do you currently hold?
