Job Description

Licensed Service Plumber - Independent Contractor Legends Plumbing Co. is growing throughout the Denver metro area and is looking for experienced, reliable plumbers to join our network of independent subcontractors. This is a flexible, per-job opportunity — not an hourly position. We provide customer opportunities and assign available service calls to qualified plumbers. Compensation is based on completed jobs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for experienced service plumbers who can independently diagnose and complete common residential and light commercial plumbing jobs, including: Water heater repair and replacement Toilet repair and replacement Faucet and fixture installation Garbage disposal installation Leak detection and repair Drain cleaning Sewer and drain issues Water line repairs Plumbing inspections and diagnostics General residential plumbing service and repair Light commercial plumbing service

COMPENSATION

Paid per completed job Estimated annual earning potential: $70,000-$120,000+, depending on availability, jobs accepted, job volume, and scope of work This is not a guaranteed salary or hourly wage Additional earning potential as Legends Plumbing Co. continues to grow

REQUIREMENTS

Professional plumbing experience Ability to diagnose and complete service plumbing jobs independently Reliable transportation Appropriate plumbing tools and equipment for accepted jobs Valid driver's license Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills Reliable communication Ability to provide required documentation before performing work Must meet all applicable Colorado licensing, insurance, registration, and legal requirements for the work being performed
