About Us We provide interdisciplinary, center-based ABA services for young children in a collaborative, play-based environment. Our team works alongside Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists to support meaningful, developmentally appropriate outcomes for each child. We focus on play, engagement, and connection—creating a fun, high-energy environment where both clients and staff thrive. No prior ABA experience required

  • monthly paid team events & happy hours Employee recognition program with rewards and incentives What You'll Do Provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays Support development of communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging, child-centered interactions Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs Collect data and monitor client progress Maintain daily session notes and documentation Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required for RBT certification) Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset Strong reliability and professionalism Willingness to learn and grow in the field
