The Role:
Lighting Retrofit Foreman As a Foreman , you'll take ownership of on-site operations — leading teams of electricians, ensuring safety and quality, and driving productivity from kickoff to completion. You'll mentor your crew, coordinate with project managers, and represent EcoPro's commitment to excellence on every jobsite.What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and supervise electricians on active LED lighting retrofit projects Oversee installation, safety, and quality control across all phases Coordinate daily project updates through EcoPro's digital platform Communicate clearly with Project Managers and client contacts Ensure timely project completion that exceeds customer expectations Conduct and document daily safety and quality inspections Troubleshoot lighting and electrical systems as needed Uphold EcoPro's standards of integrity, safety, and teamworkWhat We Offer Competitive Pay & Reliable Stability:
