• Job Description:

• As a Traveling Working Electrical Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing projects at various job sites. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled electricians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical installations and maintenance services. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and ensure project timelines are met.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site electrical work, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of electricians in the execution of electrical projects. Coordinate with project managers and other foremen to efficiently utilize manpower and resources. Ensure all electrical systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired to meet the required specifications and codes. Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed. Oversee the scheduling and logistics required for traveling to different job sites. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for various projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the course of the project. Ensure all documentation, including reports, timesheets, and safety records, is accurately completed and submitted timely.

• Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician's License is required.

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor with a track record of successful project delivery. In-depth understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and safety codes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various job sites. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
