We specialize in high-end remodels, plumbing service, light commercial work, occasional new construction, and hydronic heating systems. We are growing our team and looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service, and strong leadership in the field. Position Overview Alpha Plumbing Inc. is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber / Field Supervisor to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for a highly skilled plumber who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and helping create a positive team culture. The successful candidate will have strong service and installation experience, excellent communication skills, and proven field leadership abilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position as our company continues to expand. Qualifications Required 4+ years of experience in plumbing service, troubleshooting, repair, and installation Colorado Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent experience Strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of local plumbing codes Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills Knowledge and previous use of dispatch and computer software, preferably Housecall Pro, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism Preferred Previous field leadership, foreman, lead technician, or field management experience Experience supervising, training, or mentoring apprentices and technicians Experience managing jobsite schedules, quality control, and customer expectations Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture Hydronic and/or boiler experience (
