Job Purpose and ImpactThe Maintenance General Foreman
Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.
Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.
Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.
Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.
You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees. Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum one year of directly related work experienceMinimum of 1 year experience working in a production or plant environmentOther minimum qualifications may applyPreferred QualificationsOne year of supervisory experienceBe able to troubleshoot PLCs and Ladder logic Ability to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, and wiring schematics Ability to troubleshoot 480 VAC 3-phase, 120 VAC, and 24VDC circuits Experience working with SAP #LI-SK7 Position DetailsThis position is posted both internally and externally.
