Top-Notch Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking to hire a full-time Commercial Foreman / Journeyman Plumber for our Commercial Department. Must have commercial plumbing experience.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and install plumbing systems Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures Manage commercial crews on projects Adhere to safety policies and procedures Daily reporting for projects Communication with general contractors, plumbing superintendent, and other trades
Job Requirements:
DORA Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber 5 years of plumbing experience Commercial plumbing experience Pre-employment background check Vailed driver's license with clean driving record (insurable) Knowledge of construction safety policies and procedures Knowledge of all tools, equipment and skills necessary for the complete installation of projects common to the plumbing industry Personal tools required for plumbing installations Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading and interpretation
