The ideal candidate has strong hands-on construction experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to keep projects on schedule while maintaining high standards for safety and quality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors on site. Manage daily civil construction activities, including excavation, grading, concrete, utilities, drainage, paving, and site work. Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and site drawings. Assign tasks and monitor crew productivity and workmanship. Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedule. Conduct daily site inspections and address construction issues as they arise. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site. Enforce company and OSHA safety requirements. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and other project personnel. Track daily production, manpower, equipment, and materials. Identify potential problems and communicate them promptly to management. Qualifications 5+ years of civil construction experience, preferably in a foreman or lead position. Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, concrete, utilities, drainage, and general site work. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Proven ability to lead and motivate field crews. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to operate or supervise the use of construction equipment. Valid driver's license. OSHA safety knowledge and certifications are a plus.
