We are looking for an experienced Mid as well as a Jr Cable Foreman who will enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish. What You'll Do As the Cable Foreman, you'll oversee day-to-day field operations while working alongside your team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards
Responsibilities:
Be a collaborative, low-voltage installation cable foreman on daily project activities Coordinate and oversee the installation of structured cabling systems, including copper (Cat6/Cat6A) and fiber optic infrastructure Supervise cable pulling, routing, termination, testing, fusion splicing, and OTDR testing Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, riser diagrams, and project specifications Ensure all installations meet project quality standards Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot installation issues in the field Familiar with OSHA safety requirements and maintain a safe, organized, and compliant job site Maintain accurate documentation and communicate project progress to leadership

Hands-on structured cabling experience Experience installing, terminating, and testing Cat6/Cat6A copper and fiber optic cabling is preferred Hands-on experience with fusion splicing and OTDR testing preferred Learn to read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and construction documents Understanding of BICSI and TIA/EIA standards preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
