Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive project success, foster teamwork, and uphold the highest standards of quality. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans. Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work progresses safely, on schedule, and within scope. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide team execution accurately. Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Primavera; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards (OSHA), and client expectations. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, including heavy machinery like Ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, contracts, and safety reports. Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure OSHA regulations are followed at all times. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Supervise subcontractors and team members in tasks such as pipeline installation or other specialized construction activities. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple trades simultaneously. Strong understanding of contracts, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Supervising experience with a focus on quality control and safety compliance (OSHA). Skilled in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing or other technical equipment relevant to the role. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards; additional certifications in construction management or specific trade skills are a plus. Join us to lead innovative projects that shape communities!
