We are seeking an experienced Utility Foreman to lead crews on civil construction projects involving underground utilities and site development. Responsibilities Supervise and lead field crews on job sites Install and repair sanitary sewer, manholes, and waterlines Read and interpret civil plans and blueprints Perform grading and shoot elevations Maintain safety standards and jobsite efficiency Qualifications Experience in site/civil construction required Strong leadership and crew management skills Knowledge of grading, utilities, and sitework Ability to read civil prints Experience with deep sewer a plus Benefits Competitive pay Health, Ancillary and Retirement benefits Career advancement opportunities
