Job Description
Overview Coastal Painting Contractors (CPC) is a rapidly growing commercial painting and specialty coatings contractor based in Naples, Florida. We work with property managers, general contractors, and developers across Southwest Florida on interior and exterior repaints, waterproofing, texture, and coatings systems for commercial and multifamily properties. CPC is run by a management team who previously built and sold one of the largest painting companies in Canada and experience of over 35+ years in the coating industry. We hold every crew member to the highest standards, do the work right, show up on time, and treat every job like it carries our name. Demand keeps climbing, and we are building out our Southwest Florida team to keep up with it. We look for people who are dependable, detail oriented, and want to be part of a company that rewards people who grow with it. If that sounds like you, we would like to talk. The Role About the Position The main responsibility of a foreman is to oversee operations at a worksite to ensure their team is working safely and efficiently. Their duty is to address any job site concerns, ensure safe working environments, communicate with construction workers and supervisors, coordinate tasks and production schedules, and train other employees. A foreman communicates clearly and possesses great analytical and leadership skills.
