Full-Time The Plumbing Manager/Field Supervisor is responsible for all Plumbing Management activities, including creating, monitoring, evaluating, and implementing strategies to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits. Assist Team diagnose common and diverse commercial plumbing issues efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services Strong residential & light commercial service experience and strong troubleshooting skills Water Heater replacement and repair Experience with boiler operations Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet) Drain Cleaning Competent use of conventional sewer machines A minimum of 5 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system) Leak Location and Repair, a plus Good analytical skills and attention to detail Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate, tech generated leads and monthly truck revenue. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Results driven in a high-energy environment Must be coachable, and able to follow directions and work independently Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather to assist team on jobsites Service Titan experience, required. Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector Have an understanding of general Plumbing design with an overall general knowledge of Plumbing materials, equipment and labor costs. Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines Promote lead generation Provide a constant flow of product and sales training. Drive the Plumbing department sales through training and development of the field technicians. Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth. Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting. Monitor and control call backs and warranties Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales, teamwork and company growth Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks. Excellent reporting skills
