In this role you will plan daily work, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure code-compliant installations of plumbing systems. Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing crews on residential, multi-family, and commercial construction projects. Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems to code and company standards. Interpret blueprints, specs, and mechanical drawings to guide layout and installation. Coordinate with site superintendents, general contractors, and inspectors. Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and company standards at all times. Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and plumbers to build team capabilities. Order materials, manage tools and equipment, and track job progress and documentation. Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays. Represent R. T.
