We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman who can lead a crew, take ownership of projects, and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule. This is a full-time position for a dependable and accountable foreman who knows how to run fire sprinkler projects efficiently. An assigned company truck is provided for work-related use. Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on fire sprinkler experience and qualifications Assigned company truck for work-related use Full-time, consistent work Health insurance, with 50% of the employee premium paid by the company 401(k) retirement plan with Safe Harbor employer contributions and matching Paid sick leave and PTO Paid holidays One week of paid vacation Opportunity for long-term growth with an established South Florida company Responsibilities Supervise and lead fire sprinkler fitters, apprentices, and helpers Organize daily work assignments and provide clear direction to the crew Install, modify, test, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems Install piping, fittings, valves, hangers, and other fire sprinkler equipment Cut, thread, assemble, and connect pipe and tubing Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents Plan the manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete each project Monitor job progress and ensure project deadlines are met Ensure all work complies with applicable fire codes, approved plans, safety standards, and company requirements Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, general contractors, and other trades Identify job-site issues and communicate them promptly to management Train and mentor junior fitters, apprentices, and helpers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Keep the assigned company truck, tools, and equipment clean and properly maintained Take responsibility for the quality, productivity, and performance of the crew Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman Proven experience installing commercial and residential fire sprinkler systems Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler piping, valves, equipment, and installation methods Ability to independently manage and complete fire sprinkler projects Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to provide clear verbal instructions and follow through on responsibilities Dependable, punctual, professional, and accountable Ability to work effectively with employees, contractors, inspectors, and customers Physically able to lift, climb, bend, and perform work in construction environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to travel to projects throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties Availability to work occasional nights or weekends when required About the Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate does not need to be constantly supervised.
