Job Description

Experienced Electrician Journeyman/Foreman We're looking for a skilled Electrician Journeyman/Foreman to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering safe, reliable electrical systems and enjoys leading projects with professionalism and integrity.
What You'll Do:
Lead and perform on residential electrical projects as a working foreman Support light commercial projects when needed Ensure all work meets safety standards and customer expectations Collaborate with a team of professionals while mentoring and guiding others
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Own tools and reliable transportation Flexibility to commute across Central Florida (job sites can vary daily) Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, systems, and hand tools Proven residential experience (commercial experience is a plus) Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and critical-thinking skills Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to travel on occasion for large-scale projects with advanced notice

Experience:
Residential construction: 4 years (Required) Commercial construction: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Journeyman Electrician License (Preferred) Driver's License (Required)
