Field Operations Manager / Working Crew Foreman $20-$25/hr + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time | Estero, FL Established Southwest Florida pressure washing, roof cleaning, and paver sealing company in business for 16 years is looking for a dependable, hands-on Field Operations Manager / Working Crew Foreman. This is a working foreman position. You will work alongside the crew in the field every day while also taking responsibility for the quality of our jobs, employees, customers, trucks, and equipment. We're looking for someone who can become the owner's go-to person in the field and take ownership of the day-to-day operation. Responsibilities Work alongside and lead a crew of 2-4 field employees daily Perform pressure washing, roof cleaning, soft washing, and paver sealing Oversee jobs from start to finish and ensure quality standards are met Make sure customers are happy with the completed work Keep crews productive, organized, and on schedule Train employees and hold crew members accountable Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained Monitor vehicle and equipment maintenance and catch problems before they cause downtime Troubleshoot and handle basic mechanical and equipment issues Communicate professionally with customers and resolve minor issues Communicate with the owner regarding jobs, employees, equipment, and any problems What We're Looking For Previous crew leader, foreman, or supervisory experience Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment Strong work ethic and willingness to work in the field every day Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Comfortable holding employees accountable Good customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and good driving record Able to work outdoors and perform physical work in Southwest Florida Experience in pressure washing, landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, pool service, property maintenance, pest control, or another service trade is preferred. Pressure washing experience is a plus, but leadership, mechanical ability, reliability, work ethic, and good judgment are more important. We can teach the technical side. Compensation $20-$25/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses This is a long-term opportunity with an established company for someone who wants responsibility, enjoys working with their hands, and has the ability to work with a crew while also leading it.
