The ideal candidate must be skilled in metal stud framing, blueprint reading, layout, and supervising crews in a fast-paced jobsite environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of framing crews Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Perform layout and ensure accurate installation Coordinate materials, manpower, and scheduling needs Maintain quality control and jobsite safety Communicate effectively with superintendents and project management

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in metal framing (commercial preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and perform layout independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compensation will be based on experience. Company vehicle may be provided for the right candidate.
