This is a hands-on position working on a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects. Depending on the day schedule, employees may report to our shop in Lakeland, Florida or directly to the job site. Because our projects very, we are looking for someone who has experience with general residential construction and is comfortable taking on different types of work. Duties Residential remodelling and renovations. Framing. General carpentry. Interior and exterior construction Demolition. Drywall work and repairs. Trim and finish work. Installing doors and windows. Flooring and other remodeling tasks. Safety using common hand and power tools. Loading and unloading materials. Maintaining a clean and organized job site. Performing oer construction-related tasks as needed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with real residential construction experience who can contribute to the job and take pride in the quality of work.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has previouse residential construction/remodeling experience. Has practical knowledge of farming and general carpentry. Can safely operate common hand and power tools. Is dependable and arrives on time . Can work independently when needed. Pays attention to detail. Has a strong work ethic. Works well with others. Has reliable transportation. Is comfortable working at different job sites throughout Polk County. Can lift 50+ pounds when required. Is comfortable working in Florida's outdoor conditions when necessary. Employees who demonstrate the level of experience and craftsmanship expected by RBS may be eligible for a pay increase following a standard 30 day evaluation.
