Job Description
System Service & Engineering is a top-tier Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services company serving commercial facilities across Northwest Florida. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to oversee and run commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Lead a strong safety culture by facilitating weekly toolbox talks and reviewing daily JSAs and field reports. Supervise and support field teams in alignment with company policies, including performance reviews, time-off approvals, and payroll verification (GPS and phase codes). Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators during turnover and throughout the project lifecycle. Review drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate execution and quality control. Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, correct deficiencies, and maintain standards. Manage manpower planning using project schedules and long-term forecasts to maintain productivity. Maintain proactive communication with GCs, suppliers, and internal teams. Drive projects to stay ahead of schedule and outperform labor hour estimates.Qualifications:
6-10+ years of electrical experience (commercial focus preferred) Proven ability to lead crews and run projects independently Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade Excellent communication and leadership skillsWhat We Offer:
