We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Working Remodeling Supervisor to join our team. This is a working position for someone who knows remodeling from the ground up and can lead by example . The ideal candidate is comfortable working alongside the crew while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of residential remodeling projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside remodeling crews Coordinate daily jobsite activities and subcontractors Read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail Keep projects organized, clean, and on schedule Coordinate materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and management Identify and resolve problems in the field Ensure work is completed according to company standards and building codes Track progress and communicate project updates Maintain a safe and professional jobsite

Requirements:

5+ years of residential remodeling/construction experience Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, flooring, doors, and general finish work Ability to supervise crews while remaining hands-on Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must take pride in quality workmanship and customer service Ability to work independently and make good decisions in the field
